A much better effort by the Sox. They won 2-0 over the Toronto Blue Jays. Highlights include the MLB debut of 2nd basemen Danny Richar, his first two hits and the game winning home run by rookie Jerry Owens. It was Owens' first career MLB home run.

Bill > Bobby Jenks celebrates after getting the final out the end the game and preserve the 2-0 win. Jenks earned his 30th save of the season.

Bill > The bullpen walks out to get to the locker room after the win. The bullpen (in general) has been horrible this season.

Bill > Sox win! They won their third straight and won their 5th of the last 7 games.
